I joined the gym in my collage second year and since i have been going for few months then wont go, its been like this.I tried whey protein for 3 months and i got very fat bcs i stopped working out..now i have joined again.
I read that the abs exercise doesn’t really work perfectly.what u need to do is that reduce the total body fact to 9-10% then only Ur abs will show out.
Now i have 21% body fat!!!.It is a very long journey for me to reduce the fat and get good abs..I like dead lift,Arnold press,bench press,squat exercises.. i am easy gainer still i should be regular in my workout so that i l get a good shape..I ll soon get in good shape and put my picture Here!! still then Keep working buddy!!
