GYM Workout

I joined the gym in my collage second year and since i have been going for few months then wont go, its been like this.I tried whey protein for 3 months and i got very fat bcs i stopped working out..now i have joined again.
I read that the abs exercise doesn’t really work perfectly.what u need to do is that reduce the total body fact to 9-10% then only Ur abs will show out.
Now i have 21% body fat!!!.It is a very long journey for me to reduce the fat and get good abs..I like dead lift,Arnold press,bench press,squat exercises.. i am easy gainer still i should be regular in my workout so that i l get a good shape..I ll soon get in good shape and put my picture Here!! still then Keep working buddy!!

Mushroom Fry

Tonight i had chapati with mushroom fry man it was good.I coooked mushroom in a way my chithi use to cook mutton chops.Below is the recipe.
1.Grind coriander leaves,cumin seeds,black pepper,75% salt and make into a paste
2.In a pan fry cut mushroom and add the grind masala add water and cook till mushroom cooks.(if mutton chops add chops and keep in cooker for 6 whistles)
3.Heat some oil in a pan add length-wise cut onions and fry till golden brown then add the

cooked mushrooms and cook for few minutes
4.serve with chappati,rice..

The Matrix –interesting story

BASIC STORY:

Humans were trying to make the machines think so they research lot in Artificial Intelligence(A.I).At one point machines become brilliant enough that they want to rule earth and destroy mankind.War broke.Humans some how scorched the sun so that machines won’t get energy from sun and eventually die.But machines thought of another way to get power.Human body produces enough heat such that it can be used as a small battery.The machines needed very large energy supply so they started producing humans!!!.one human=one battery a whole population=Energy supply.But a human being has both body and mind.Machines had a use for the body but mind cant be let alone so they created created a virtual world.THE MATRIX

WHAT IS MATRIX:

What ever we see,hear,feel in real world are given as electrical signals from eye,ear,body to our brain and we see,hear feel.Imagine if all the hearing,feeling, seeing signals are generated by a program and fed to our brain? What happens is we still be laying down with eyes closed but our mind will see,hear,feel.This virtual program generated World is the matrix.The feeling to the body are given directly given to the brain i.e why humans created by machines have holes in body and head!!!

WHAT HAPPENED TO REAL WORLD?

Humans have escaped the machines and are traveling in a spaceship.Some one
(they don’t say who) first got out of matrix and freed Morpheus.trinity.. He also said the one(neo)
will save the world from the present crisis.So neo is freed from matrix to save the world.

CLIMAX

Morpheus trains neo by using kung-fu programs.As neo has a hole in his head the knowledge of
kung-fu can directly be loaded into his brain!!.Matrix is a set of signals created by machines
if the mind believes it.Then the brain can try to change the interpretation of the signal.
This is how humans jump from skyscrapers or bend the spoon.At last as predicted by oracle neo sees
directly into the code of matrix and beats the machines!!(2nd and 3rd parts are more confusing)

Hello world!

This is my first blog entry.I saw a computer in my tenth standard,used one in 11th standard that too paint.. i used to copy programs for computer practicals.I didn’t know anything about programming and wanted to take any engineering other than computer science and IT.

In My collage too i didn’t learn anything about programs.I went to attend campus placement for a software company bcs i didn’t know anything abt instrumentation!!.In the interview lied i know C.The interviewer asked what was the first c program i wrote, my reply “To print a Line”.He  smiled and thank god didn’t ask any C questions.I got selected!!!

Only When i Joined the company i learned that every one learns to type a line when studying new language and the line would be “Hello World”!!!.
